North Nanaimo

Nanaimo’s North end is one of the newest neighbourhoods in the city. Some of the older houses in this area are only 20 or 30 years old, which is quite young compared to Nanaimo properties in the south end or Old City. The north end is full of new developments due to the need for more homes in the area and amenities such as schools, shopping centers, restaurants and grocery stores continue to draw home buyers out this way.
